1. General Agreement

By accessing the top22 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms on this page and agree to them in full. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the services.

top22 is an online betting platform serving players in Myanmar. We always put service quality and player protection first.

These terms form a legal agreement between the player and top22. By managing your account, you are personally accepting this agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Anyone who wishes to use top22's services must meet the following requirements —

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.
• You must register an account in your own name, for your own personal use.
• You are personally responsible for ensuring that participating in online betting is permitted in your area.
• You must cooperate with any checks carried out to prevent money laundering.
• One player, one account only — players found using multiple accounts will not be served.

top22 has the right to request solid proof of identity from a player at any time to verify their account. If the requested information is delayed or refused, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Opening and Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Players must register with accurate and complete personal information. top22 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incomplete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your own login details safe. The phone number or email used during registration should not be shared with anyone else. All activity carried out on your account is considered your own responsibility.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account at top22. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device, they will be treated as linked accounts. Bonuses will be blocked and remaining balances may be subject to further review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at top22 is 5,000 Ks. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

Players must deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. top22 does not accept deposits from a third party's payment method. If this occurs, the amount will be returned and a handling fee may be deducted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

When making a withdrawal, the player must —

• Use the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Complete all payment verification steps and provide any requested proof.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the Wagering Requirement stated in section 5 must be met first.

top22 will assist in resolving payment issues, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks or software.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at top22, you will receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks. If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you will still receive a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, and must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The Wagering Requirement refers to the total amount you must wager after receiving a bonus before you are eligible to make a withdrawal. The games that count toward this Wagering Requirement are set by top22, and only wagers placed with bonus funds are counted.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The specific terms for each bonus are shown on the page where that bonus is introduced.
• You should not use a bonus more than once per week or claim it across multiple accounts.
• top22 reserves the right to change or stop any bonus offer, with prior notice.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, the account may be closed and action taken.

6. Game Rules

Every game type available at top22 has its own rules and specific terms. Players should read and understand the instructions for each game before playing.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a computer malfunction, server disconnection, or software error, top22 will review the situation and determine the outcome based on recorded logs.

6.2 Game Results

Game results at top22 are determined entirely by a Random Number Generation system, so no one can predict outcomes in advance. top22 always prioritizes fair play.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited at top22 —

• Exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Playing with bots or automated software
• Any attempt to manipulate or falsify game results
• Bonus hedging — placing opposing bets at the same time
• Deposit or withdrawal patterns suspected of facilitating money laundering
• Playing on accounts that are not your own, simultaneously or one at a time
• Threatening or harassing top22 staff or other players

If any of these violations are found, the player's account will be suspended immediately and bonuses may be forfeited. This does not mean the remaining balance will automatically be withheld — an investigation will be conducted first before any action is taken.

8. Personal Data and Security

top22 protects players' personal data with SSL encryption. All payment transactions on the platform are processed through a secure channel.

Personal data provided by players will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Self-Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact the top22 support team via 24/7 live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification.

9.2 Closure by top22

If a violation of these terms is found, top22 has the right to temporarily or permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

If a player disagrees with the decision, they may contact and notify the top22 support team within 48 hours.

10. Limitation of Liability

top22 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's game outcomes. Players must understand in advance that games are for entertainment purposes and that losses are possible.

This platform will do its best to maintain its services, but liability is limited for losses caused by connection issues, scheduled server maintenance, or third-party software problems.

11. Changes to Terms

top22 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date stated.

If a player continues to use the platform after any amendments, they are considered to have accepted all relevant changes.
